Llijah and Saebryn

These two were originally made for a roleplay as dispoable characters, and we just kinda fell in love with them >o< So here they are c:

Saebryn (Shae) is a druid, a being of the forest. Her mother was a Thylacine, and her father a Somali cat, thus her unique markings. She has 18 siblings, and she is the youngest. Her mother was murdered by her jealous father when she was very young, and from there, the land and forest took care of her, her mothers spirit visiting her youngest daughter every full moon to try and teach her all the things she needs to know as a druid.

Shae cannot bring harm to any living thing, unless she finds herself defending someone who needs her help, not even able to hunt because she can feel the creatures who die at her hand. She depends on others to feed her, offering the use of her foresight and communication with the animals around her as a service in exchange for protection and food. She travels with Llijah because her heart aches for him, wanting badly to ease the pain he feels, to help him as she does others... It took her a long time to learn that some people cannot be healed, but she gives him all the comfort she can offer him.


Llijah is a spirit fire wielding Eastern Dragon, from one of the Poorer provinces of Northern China. His family were arrested at a young age, along with himself, for 'Inciting uprising against the state.', all three of them disappearing from the face of the earth, relocated to a political prison to rot for all the state cared. Eventually escaping using his powers, and burning the prison behind him, he set out to do what he was best at, bring pain and suffering to all around him.

Shae brings out his lighter side though, for reasons unknown, the side of the dark dragon that was lost to life in an isolation cell. Around her, he still smiles, still laughs, and still enjoys the little things, but without her, he reverts to a spiteful, hateful sociopath, who kills for pleasure.
